The videos and lectures are very helpful and easy to understand even for a non-medical person. The speaker in the video/lectures appears very knowledgeable and experienced. Will use this site again the next time I need to re-certify.

I like the explanations of why we should do things a certain way. Not all instructions take the time to explain that. Understanding the reasoning behind our actions actually makes it easier to remember what to do in specific situations.
